Automatic Bank Payments 

I understand the Automatic Bank Payment withdrawals will be withdrawn from my bank account on the scheduled withdrawal dates for the amounts due. The withdrawals will begin with the next scheduled payment date. I understand that payments with automatic withdrawal dates on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday may not be processed until the following business day. I also understand and agree that the amounts and dates of the withdrawals are determined by the payment plan I selected for my billing account. I understand that if my Farmers billing account is other than a monthly account, withdrawals will not occur automatically following the mailing of an Important Expiration Notice.

I authorize any refund due me to apply to the referenced bank account; and if necessary, Farmers may electronically debit or credit my bank account to correct any transactions.

I acknowledge it is my responsibility to have sufficient available funds in this bank account to cover these withdrawals.

I agree to receive information via email regarding Automatic Bank Payment payments therefore I will maintain a current email address with Farmers and ensure that it is active and capable of receiving new emails. I will ensure my email account has sufficient space for new emails and my email server and spam-blocking software do not block Farmers emails. I understand Farmers is not responsible for problems arising from emails sent to an inactive or out-of-date email address, unless they are solely negligent for using an incorrect address.

Liability Disclaimer

IN NO EVENT WILL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, PROCEEDINGS, LIABILITIES, OBLIGATIONS, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR COSTS IN AN AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO COMPANY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

Your Account

When you make a purchase from this Website, you may create an account as part of the checkout process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and restricting access to your password and account. You further agree to accept responsibility for all purchases and activities that occur under your account.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

A credit card chargeback occurs after a cardholder initiates a merchant dispute with their issuing bank, the issuing bank will then charge back the transaction being disputed to Glitter Nuts LLC, and the cardholder's account is credited. Glitter Nuts LLC’ will make every effort to avoid chargebacks by providing documentation to the issuing bank that the customer did in fact receive the shipped items.

Glitter Nuts LLC, also reserves the right to report fraudulent charge backs to our preferred Credit Collection Agency and or pursue legal charges against fraudulent charge backs.

Glitter Nuts LLC, also reserves the right to RECHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD or PAYPAL if necessary and the product was not returned.

If you feel a charge was falsely made please call us immediately to resolve the issue. Once you have received your completed order make sure the contents are correct and to your satisfaction.

ARBITRATION

All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the state of Florida or another location mutually agreeable to the parties. The arbitration shall be conducted on a confidential basis pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any decision or award as a result of any such arbitration proceeding shall be in writing and shall provide an explanation for all conclusions of law and fact and shall include the assessment of costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees. Any such arbitration shall be conducted by an arbitrator experienced in commercial products and retail sales and shall include a written record of the arbitration hearing. The parties reserve the right to object to any individual who shall be employed by or affiliated with a competing organization or entity. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Shipping Charges

Are the customers responsibility, unless waived by Glitter Nuts LLC,. All Shipping charges will be included with your invoice. The shipping charge shown during the checkout process is subject to verification. Shipping charges may change without notice. Glitter Nuts LLC, is not responsible for shipments made to any incorrect address entered by the customer.

 

Glitter Nuts LLC, Product Protection Plan

This plan is provided by Glitter Nuts LLC, directly to the customer. Claims are to be filed on our “Protection Plan” page within 72hrs of receiving your order. Once approved we will ship your replacement immediately or when the item is in stock. The protection plan covers all Glitter Nuts products.  All information must be completed on the Protection Plan Request Form available on the website.
