Shipping & Refunds

Shipping & Processing:

• All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after orders are placed. Processing times may increase during busier seasons.

• Please Note: USPS & UPS estimated ship times are IN ADDITION to our processing times and are completely out of our control. UPS SURE POST and UPS GROUND are different services with different estimated transit days.

- UPS SURE POST = 4-7 business days from ship day.

• Priority packages are insured through USPS, if there is any damages or missing items from your order please take multiple pictures of the packaging and e-mail them to us at shipping@glitternuts.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, or you can simply click here and fill out our contact form.

 Double check your shipping address. We will NOT be responsible for any packages sent to an incorrectly supplied address.

 Double Check that you entered an email address during your checkout. Tracking numbers cannot be sent to phone numbers.

- Tracking numbers are generated and sent automatically via email when orders are fulfilled. Please check your spam folders to be sure you're accepting our e-mails.
